Option One – Check/Money Order by Mail:

• Make check or money order payable to your association: William Douglas Management
• To ensure we credit your account properly
  • Add the property account number(s) on memo line
  • Include payment coupon (if applicable)
• Mail check to:

• Include the property account number(s) as found on your statement or coupon
• Make sure your pay by date is prior to your association’s due date

• It is the homeowner’s responsibility to cancel all automated payment methods, i.e. bill-pay, credit card, electronic checks, etc., in a timely manner to prevent overpayments
  • This includes properties that are scheduled to close/sell
  • Please note, a Closing Request does not stop recurring payments
• We are not responsible for Paper or Bill-Pay checks with no homeowner account number
• Bank returns, for any reason other than William Douglas error, will be charged a returned item fee to your account
• There is a refund processing fee for all refunds over $50
