To unlock the gate for the Tennis / Pickleball Courts: Use your keyfob. Our new access system ensures your keyfob works for both the pool and courts.
Please be advised that credit card auto drafts will not be automatically disabled after the May assessment. If you are enrolled in credit card auto draft payments, you must log in to your account and remove the auto draft manually to prevent future charges.
If a credit card payment is processed after the May assessment and a refund is requested, please note that a $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
To avoid any unintended charges and fees, we strongly encourage you to verify and update your payment settings as soon as possible.

Pool Fobs
Lost or damaged pool fobs will cost $25 per fob.
The old fob(s) will be deactivated. If a fob is requested in the height of pool season, it can take up to two weeks to receive.
To request a new fob, please go to Pay Assessments -> Misc. Item Payments to make a payment/request.
Outside Amenity Membership
If you are interested in joining the Winchester Pool, click Amenity Registration. Once your registration is approved, you will receive instructions on how to register for access to make a payment.
