	William Douglas Management Assessment Payment Options

	Option One – Check/Money Order by Mail: Make check or money order payable to your association: Riverfront Homeowners Association To ensure we credit your account properly Add the property account number(s) on memo line Include payment coupon (if applicable) Mail check to: (Your Association Name) c/o William Douglas Management, Inc PO Box 1208 Commerce, GA 30529

	Option Two – Your Bank/Credit Union’s Online Bill-Pay: Use your association’s name as the payee Include the property account number(s) as found on your statement or coupon Make sure your pay by date is prior to your association’s due date Set up payments to go to: (Your Association Name) c/o William Douglas Management, Inc PO Box 1208 Commerce, GA 30529

	Option Three – Website: Go to wmdouglas.com Convenience fees apply to online payments, please review carefully to determine the fee for each payment method If you have any questions or need assistance with the website, please email hoa@wmdouglas.com or call (704) 347-8900 and ask for Web Support

	Please Be Aware: It is the homeowner’s responsibility to cancel all automated payment methods, i.e. bill-pay, credit card, electronic checks, etc., in a timely manner to prevent overpayments This includes properties that are scheduled to close/sell Please note, a Closing Request does not stop recurring payments We are not responsible for Paper or Bill-Pay checks with no homeowner account number Bank returns, for any reason other than William Douglas error, will be charged a returned item fee to your account There is a refund processing fee for all refunds over $50

	Please be advised that all checks mailed to William Douglas Management are sent to a lockbox. Once a check has been mailed, William Douglas Management does not have the ability to stop the payment from being deposited. The lockbox is monitored by a processing center not affiliated with William Douglas Management. Therefore, the processing center does not have access to homeowner accounts. All checks mailed to the lockbox are scanned and posted. If a stop payment is issued on a check, the homeowner who issued the stop payment will be responsible for any fees incurred from the stop payment. William Douglas Management advises against issuing stop payments.
